A fifth generation Nashvillian, Chris Holmes was born into the world of food beverage. Chris experienced the high energy of food service while working as a Server/Bartender for local restaurants and as the Opening Staff/Corporate International Trainer for the Hard Rock in Nashville. From there, Chris earned his degree from the Opryland Culinary Institute, and then joined forces with Monica at Clean Plate Club in 1999. Chris enjoys trying new restaurants and living life to the fullest alongside his wife and two children.

Dave Williams, who is originally from Jackson, TN, has thirty years of
experience as a culinary professional, with the past twelve years
spent at The Clean Plate Club. Prior to his current role, Dave worked
in various positions at Hyatt Hotels International, Ritz‑Carlton Hotels
(in Buckhead, Atlanta and Naples, Florida) and the historic Brown Hotel
in Louisville, KY. Chef Dave was also the Executive Chef at the Blue
Moon Waterfront Café from 1997‑2004.

Though he is a native Nashvillian, Harrison began his career in special events while working in theatrical production in New York City. He quickly realized the similarities between the two worlds and began to apply his theatrical experience to his event production. With twenty-five years in the industry; experience in catering, event design, decor, florals, rentals, and lighting; and having worked with A-list celebrities, world leaders, and many of the top event planners in the country, Harrison is uniquely equipped with a wealth of knowledge and experience that he brings to bear on all of his events.

Lisa started with the Clean Plate Club in 2008 as the Office Manager. After 13 years in the telecom industry she decided to work with her husband Chris, in making Clean Plate Club a great success. Chris and Lisa have 1 grown child and another at home that keeps her busy. Lisa enjoys the fast pace of catering and hospitality. A Nashville Native, Lisa enjoys reading and spending time with her family.

Monica Holmes founded the Clean Plate Club in 1980. She has provided the culinary inspiration for thousands of events in Nashville and throughout the region. She understands the role that food plays in every situation and creates menus that complement and enhance the experience of every guest. Together with her son and business partner Chris Holmes, The Clean Plate Club continues to blend the traditional and eclectic in a truly unique style.
